This module provides functionality to import an estimate into an incumbent maintenance contract and begin to manage the contract. It provides functionality to manage the contract with the customer and the subcontractors (vendors) with their own specifics. The module will have the following features
- An estimation is converted to contract

- An existing contract to be renewed without changing the base contract number, renewals shall be identified by unified suffix or prefix.
